Challenge
Needed improved air quality due to bad odor and low indoor air quality prior to occupying the new headquarters office space in China.
Solution
CBRE installed AtmosAir units in their new office at JC Plaza
CBRE had previously installed AtmosAir in their office at Park Place
- They were so happy with the performance over the last few years that they wanted AtmosAir at their new office
- Especially concerning in China during any office move is the off gassing from new furniture and fit out. At the Park Place office CBRE moved in immediately after completion with no time for off gassing and even some additional work taking place on the weekends following move in.
- Despite the quick move-in and continued works, there were no complaints about the indoor air quality or smells
- Especially helpful was the large display showing the great air quality on a TV in the main community area
