As the indoor health and wellness market continues record expansion, AtmosAir is seeking a full time Regional Sales Associate to head up sales initiatives in Texas and potentially surrounding states. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to be an integral part of growing/supporting our reseller/dealer network and our existing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and able to create and sell the value associated with building technology solutions.

Our Regional Sales Associate role is integral to our overall business in how we serve our customers with the highest level of account and relationship management to provide excellence in delivering the best solution to our customers. This role requires a self-motivated and driven candidate who possesses exceptional organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and experience managing multiple customers in an account and/or territorial environment. This role demands great people skills, new business development spirit, acumen, and passion in cultivating deep customer relationships.

The new Associate will be trained in the Fairfield, CT headquarters, be home-based with occasional travel to headquarters, and require up to 50% travel to customers.

 

Your Key Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Generate revenue through direct sales and via resellers/dealers within your assigned territory to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s with reporting accountability among the resellers or dealers within the territory.
  • Close sales within key vertical markets including Commercial Real Estate industry, Healthcare, Hospitality, Professional & Collegiate Sports and Education markets while continuously prospecting for new markets.
  • Be the brand ambassador for the region.
  • Communicate and integrate with AtmosAir’s management/staff/customers.
  • Provide and maintain accurate reporting by documenting all activities using NetSuite CRM.
  • Attend regional conferences and tradeshows as applicable within the territory.
  • Engage and promote AtmosAir’s product portfolio among industry associations such as ASHRAE and others.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Learn AtmosAir’s proprietary technologies and be able to educate customers and resellers/dealers on the benefits.
  • Recruit, manage and train resellers/dealers in your territory.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience.
  • BA/BS degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Individuals with experience selling to manufacturer’s representatives for commercial HVAC products and/or selling to HVAC mechanical contractors.
