Westchester County Airport is conveniently located about five miles east of White Plains and about 30 miles north of New York City, passengers are attracted to the airport because of its comfort and convenience. Connections at major hubs now make it possible for passengers to access global destinations.
Challenge
The airport operations team needed a solution to provide cleaner indoor air in 2021 as part of their COVID-19 mitigation strategy for increased traveler protection.
Solution
(27) of AtmosAir’s DBD BPI air purification systems are installed throughout Westchester County Airport along with real-time indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring. The airport incorporated AtmosAir’s air purification and monitoring systems as one layer of protection during the pandemic and post- pandemic the systems are still running to provide optimal indoor air quality for travelers.
