SITUATION: Orange County elementary school was in need of better air quality for their students and faculty.
AtmosAir ACTION PLAN: AtmosAir™ installed one classroom with a Matterhorn 1000 system to see what effects this would have on room air quality. The IAQ testing took place over a 4-month period. In order to eliminate any predisposition the rooms might have to prevailing environmental conditions, the air purification system was switched between rooms during the middle of the test.
RESULTS: AtmosAir™ significantly reduced TVOC and mold spores when installed in the classroom.

SITUATION: USC chose 5 areas within the training facility for testing. They included the football training center, the weight room, the locker room, and two open spaces on the first and second floors.
AtmosAir Action Plan: AtmosAir™ systems were installed at the University of Southern California’s John McKay Center. USC’s new $70 million, 110,000-square-foot athletic and academic facility is a powerful symbol of the rich USC history. Third party indoor air quality testing was completed to test the effects of the AtmosAir bipolar ionization technology.
Results: AtmosAir™ improved indoor air quality significantly, and the reduction of particulate matter and TVOC was substantial.
PM10 particles are small enough to breathed in and enter the throat. PM2.5 particles are small enough to be breathed in and enter the lungs. These particles can cause illness and discomfort. TVOCs are gaseous elements that can cause odors and irritations.

SITUATION: The University of Virginia was looking to increase the quality of air in their Leake Building on campus.AtmosAir Action Plan: Two AtmosAir 508FC were installed in the 30k square foot Leake building in 2017 to improve IAQ and reduce energy consumption. UVA will reduce outside air by 50% in addition to using the AtmosAir Solutions technology.Results: Perceptual air quality improvement results were immediately noticed. Air testing to be released soon.
SITUATION: AtmosAir was called upon as part of an energy effciency/IAQ strategy; NEVESD has over 50 buildings on Fort Belvoir Campus
ATMOSAIR ACTION PLAN: AtmosAir installed devices in AHUs. Air Sampling was completed by For Belvoir Team. AHUs were metered and energy readings were taken. ASHRAE 62. Indoor Air Quality Procedure was applied.
RESULTS: AtmosAir is now installed in more than 50 US D.O.D Buildings including buildings at Fort Belvoir, Guantanamo Bay, Fort Drum, Quantico, Hiccum Naval Base, Fort Benning, Fort Lee, Camp Keyes, Walter Reed Medical Center and others.

The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) demanded pristine indoor air quality for its employees in Beijing, China, due to the city’s poor reputation for toxic air quality, pollution, sandstorms and high levels of particulate. AtmosAir designed and installed 7 AtmosAir systems through NRDC’s facility in Beijing, designed specifically to reduce VOCs and PM2.5.

SITUATION: Empire State Realty Trust wanted better indoor air quality and lower overall energy costs all while achieving their ENERGY STAR® certification.
AtmosAir ACTION PLAN: To prove it, AtmosAir technology was installed at 1350 Broadway & 501 7th Avenue. ESRT conducted third-party testing for ENERGY STAR® certification.
RESULTS: ESRT achieved their ENERGY STAR® certification.

PROJECT ABSTRACT: AtmosAir™ systems were installed in 35 guestrooms at Hilton’s Homewood Suites Manhattan Times Square. AtmosAir is a Hilton partner and various locations offer the ‘AtmosAir Allergy Friendly Rooms’ program. AtmosAir systems are integrated into the fan coil units at the hotel providing fresher, cleaner air and fewer allergens.
RESULTS: The AtmosAir™ bipolar ionization systems made a large difference in overall indoor air quality.

AtmosAir™ is currently installed in multiple Gensler office facilities and projects around the world. Gensler is the world’s largest architecture firm.
AtmosAir installed bipolar ionization technology on a trial basis in the locker room area, and after successful testing, throughout the entire training facility. Dallas wanted a reduction in airborne allergens and dangerous bacteria such as Staph and MRSA.
AEG Facilities has set aggressive missions regarding energy efficiency and sustainability. AtmosAir™ and independent laboratory EMSL tested the air quality in Staples Center’s Lexus Club, a private dining room located inside the Staples Center. AEG/Staples Center engineering wanted a baseline measurement of contaminant levels with the air handling and filter systems operating as installed, and later with AtmosAir™ bipolar ionization systems working in the same airspace, using reduced outside air.
