In April 2017, AtmosAir, along with technology partner in Singapore, Techbridge Ventures, was awarded a research grant from Jurong Town Corporation (JTC).

One of the deliverables of the grant was to further develop AtmosSmart, the first smart bi polar ionization system that strengthens AtmosAir’s leadership position with respect to air purification and Measurement and Verification.

AtmosSmart dynamically monitors eight elements of indoor air quality which controls AtmosAir Bi Polar Ionization systems.  Parameters being monitored include particles (PM2.5), total volatile organic compounds, relative humidity, ozone, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.

Tony Abate, VP of Operations for AtmosAir commented, “We have come a long way in a short period of time thanks to JTC and Techbridge Ventures. We have our first system up and running in JTC’s headquarters and we’re now actively moving forward with beta testing in multiple sites in the US. This is a game changer for AtmosAir and air purification in general, as we look to collect more data and provide M&V in all of our installations.”
